Custom built on the foundation of the Chevy Bolt, the first-generation vehicles have logged millions of city miles to make self-driving a reality. They have everything they need to drive directly onboard: 40% of their hardware is unique to self-driving.

An entirely new transportation experience designed purely around the rider. No steering wheel. No mirrors. No pedals.

As a Hardware Intern as was able to contribute to the sensor that make self driving possible. I worked on developing the sensor calibration stations for the Origin by implementing improvements, designs and build of the new instances. Conduct a data analysis to produce a passs or fail criteria for the values recorded and validate the new instances through the Gage R&R process.
