Hi, my name is Noa Samarelli!

I am a Mechatronics Engineer at Cruise and have experience in Robotics, Sensors, Manufacturing, Hardware, and Mechanical Design. I have completed a MS in Mechanical Engineering with Robotics and Control concentration at Columbia University, where I gradudted in 2022. Under the supervision of Professor Hod Lipson, I have worked in the Creative Machines Lab on Digital Food Manufacturing. In the summer of 2021, I interned at Cruise Automation and joined full time in 2022, working on some of the sensor technologies that makes self-driving possible. After that, I contributed to sensor product development for silent speech technologies at a small startup, expanding my experience in innovative sensing applications.
